As you can see, in my game the West Brom have a different colour. Maybe that is due some addon you use. However, if you have the In Game Editor (IGE, which is a pay addon of SI) you can easily change that colours.

HiI believe that that file is in alts _FLUTSKIN_FM24_4.0\27 alt Flut Skin Background Adds\graphics\backgrounds\ALT\newsBefore extract the files, open the .zip and the respective folder and try to change the name of that file or remove the file.
Maybe there is a conflict. Don't forget to keep only this skin (and this skin version) in the skins folder of the game, clear the cache and reload the game.

If there isn't there maybe there is a conflict in your game. Clear the cache, keep only this skin version in the skins folder of the game, exit the game and reload it.
You just have to click on the title bar (for example in the clock) and that box will disappear.
