Yes it can be done easily,replace all “170” “150” and “130” with lower numbers, so If you want all the players that start at 130 ability to start at 100 instead then replace all “130” with “100” and so on.
you can do it easily yourself,use the replace tool to replace all instances of 47092496 with 1871
No worries but all of this only works with new saves because it's when you start a new save it looks for it but never after that point

I have found a much better method which can generate as many players every season as you want,it more or less generates a new squad every season, I've played around with a bit and it works quite well,I can upload it if people are interested
