You'll have to be more specific on what you mean by “created on one database”.

I'm looking to move a cup competition from an expanded league database and use it in the original database on its own.

You'd have to remove all the other edited competitions from that file in order to be able to do so. If you're not sure what you're doing, frankly, it's not recommended.
