He patted him on the back of the head - yes he deserves a ban - but it wasn't aggressive, 8 matches is way too long. It's basically just another example of the bias towards the big two/against everybody else in La Liga, Mourinho got 1 ban for poking Tito in the eye, Ronaldo's got nothing for punching Godín twice but Simeone gets banned for 8 matches for a bit of dissent.

8 matches is for 3 things. The tap on the head, the clapping and coaching from the stands, not just the tap

True but a 1 match ban for 'sarcastic clapping' is pretty ridiculous too.

To be fair most new stadiums have that sort of design. All-enclosed with proper roofs, and plenty of executive boxes and premium seats. It's a fucking sexy stadium though.

Nicer than that tbh, the Allianz is let down by those fucking hideous grey seats.

Some other facts:
Gabi has admited that he recieved a money transfer of 85.000 € from Zaragoza. A transfer that he then gave back to the club per orders from Agapito (Zaragoza owner at the time)
Gabi claims he didn't know what happend to that money, and he also doesn't know if that money went to Levante players
The DA has asked Gabi if he didn't think that the transaction was suspicious and Gabi has answered that since the club was going broke(bankruptcy), he tought it has something to do with that.
Babi says he even asked Agapito if this money transfer would affect his IRPF (taxes) and Agapito told him that any problems with that would be handled by Zaragoza
