It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Was just wondering if anyone could help, I love the megapack, however I spend much of my career in the lower leauge's of England where SI have already included most of the latest faces. Is there a way I could avoid the megapack overwriting these, or better yet, accessing these images so that I could overwrite the Megapack with the SI images.
Any help would be much appreciated,

Any ideas where to locate the graphics folder? On my previous attempt i deleted the Sports Interactive file that didn't have a saved game and put the graphics folder in the other one. Obviously i don't want to replicate that method as it didn't work.

Don't delete anything, just create a graphics folder in the first folder (i.e. the one in which your save games are placed). Please remember to tick and untick the respective boxes in the preferences as well.

I have subscribed to premium membership & appreciate the job you guys fo - just have a question about the face pack download - I am downloading the full file (6GB) and the download logo that I am presented with is a word document logo - is this correct?
It is not finished yet so may well create a zip file but just not sure of this is right?

What is the problem? Are you getting an error message or what? Help us help you by being a little bit clearer in explaining your problem
What internet browser are you using? Looks like your internet connection is timing out, so you might want to use a download manager which would enable you to resume stopped downloads.

Try using a download manager to ensure that if the file is for whatever reason stopped, then it is subsequently resumed from that point later. If this still does not work, then you may best be advised to use the torrent file. Please, also let the download complete fully before moving the file.
If the download is not completing, then it's not that surprising if the file does not extract correctly.

I have downloaded the torrents. what do i do with them?
the graphics that has downloaded are on the game. its just getting the download over the finishing line. on my old computers its worked no problem. but bought a new pc and it wont do it
