Twitter has moderators?
King Luis
Course it does, the same any social network has.

Makes me cringe whenever I hear the news go on about 'trolling'
King Luis
Problem is if nothing is done about it then it just gives the impression that its acceptable and it clearly isn't.

What you say on Twitter is the same as what you say on the street, in a legal sense. Say something illegal in public, and you'll get arrested, so don't expect any different on the internet. Basic common sense, to be honest.

I didn't do that well and only got 108 with some pretty obvious ones omitted.

No it isn't. Twitter is a private company and not public domain.

All old ones really, missed a couple of obvious ones like Hoddle and Peter Reid.

There is nothing you should be able to say, short of threats and incitement of violence, that should be illegal in public. Any Twitter that is just harmless but dickish abuse, or in the case of some of the Twitter offenders, just horrible, dirty jokes about people too soon that left a bad taste in your mouth, should never be any sort of public offence.
