Seems a bitof a weird deal, Monaco signing him for £16m but going on loan till the end of the season. Good player though and better than what West Ham currently have when fit.

Monaco are still in trouble regarding tax aren't they? West Ham probably agreed to pay the majority of his wages

West Ham waited Lacina Traore for work permit!
West Ham going to keep C.Cole to renew contract!
West Ham give Vaz Te to sign extra a year til 2015!

Apparently undergoing a medical today and is going to earn €11M per year.

Means Mandzukic should be available in the summer.

There's a rumour going round that he's a January target of Arsenal. Which means it probably won't happen, or at least not right now.

Molde players Ørjan Nyland, Vegard Forren (S'oton flop) and Mads Dæhli (ex Man Utd) are also linked with a move to Cardiff because of the Solskjær/Molde link.

Dæhli is something special however, but would still be a signing for the future and who knows if Solskjær's still at the club by the end of the season. Eikrem is a personal favorite of Solskjær though and was seen in the stands at St. James' Park today so I'm guessing he'll be his first signing. I've also seen Mame Biram Diouf's name pop up since Solskjær took over. Apparently he's been given £25M to spend in the January transfer window by Vincent Tan.

I was never sure that he would be a superstar here, but he looked easily good enough to be a squad player.

As sad as it is, it's barely a loss anymore.

Sunderland have apparently signed an Argentinian CB - Vergini and are interested in an Argentinian GK and striker. Fair play to them for sticking with this transfer style I suppose, shows a bit of guts.
Meanwhile Cabral is the first of their summer signings to leave going on loan to Genoa.
One of Cuellar/Roberge/Diakite must be away as well surely.
Hibee
Bad news for United fans hoping they might make a move for Pjanic, Roma have just sold Michael Bradley to Toronto for €6.5m which balances the Nainggolan transfer.
