To be honest mate i did this because I can download torrents at 9Mb/s but my upload speed gets throttled to around 20Kb/s so i haven't got time to seed it back sorry!

The file should be approx 5.24 GB. I'm not sure why (or how) but it seems that you haven't downloaded the complete file. I can only suggest trying to download it again or asking for help in the megapack technical support thread.

when i download the torrent file the complete pack do i need to download COMPLETE 4.0 then COMPLETE 5.0 to get all the pictures?
or do i simply just download COMPLETE 5.0

Only download 5.0.
4.0 is the version released when FM12 came out, and 5.0 includes ALL previous versions and images in previous MP iterations.
