When I try to download a file on rapidshare, I have a message which displays saying to me "Unavailable download"... WHY?

You want them to have better faces, provide better sources. Ibrahimovic's pic is from Euro 2012, I don't think that's too old.
A lot of youths and players new to FM13 will be added in the forthcoming 5.01 update pack.

No it won't it's way too small so the resolution once enlarged to 180x180 will be poor.
Yes, Deschamps has a face. There is a French & German National team licensing issue, so you need to download and apply THIS
Agree about the Jese Rodriguez image though, post it on the Improvement thread with his UID number.

There's also not much wrong with my current Jese image, I believe it was cut in this Real Madrid Castilla pack. 5.01 will be out soon, and it should be in it anyway.

Well... I did that but it the xml file only configured 9000+ faces, when the pack has 100,000+. Any solutions for that? :/

Also the Jese image included in that RM Castilla pack that mons posted is excellent and NOT the one you are referring to. So download the MP update that comes out tonight and all will be updated.

I'm afraid I'm not quite convinced; It's a good cut-out and it will stay until a better source is cut.
Working fine in my game - have you downloaded the latest version of the file and ensured that any recent official patches/updates didn't re-create the file which cause this issue?

Is there a chance you could make a Cut-Out Facepack LITE, because I just can't make enough room on my hard drive just for faces. 4-5 bigger leagues with managers and staff would be perfect and I think there would be many people choosing smaller pack over the whole thing.
Maybe You could categorize faces into separate folders so users could delete unnecessary faces they would hardly come across in their save.
Your faces are by far the best available and I would happy if you consider my opinion.

Would take far too much time to organise, and what happens when a player moves to a new club in a different country ?
You could make space using an external hardrive, download it then delete all the images you dont want, then bring your old stuff back from the harddrive

We're currently in the process of taking all the images that come with the game that are better than the current megapack ones, cleaning and then adding them to the next update

I tried deleting images but it's way too much of a hassle since there are 100.000+ pictures numbered in one big folder.
