That's not saying much, he's still shit and he still managed to miss another open goal. Even with Richards, Rodwell, Demichelis etc in the squad, Dzeko'd still be the first one out of the door if I had any say.

Not sure about Slash but I thought (and still do think) that Demichelis is a decent player but he's not good enough to be our second centre-back. He's fine as a 3rd or 4th choice and he's still preferable to Lescott against most teams, but the fact he's starting so many games says as much about our other centre-backs as it does about him.

Richards was fucking woeful yesterday. The amount of times Navas/Nasri/Yaya were looking for him to overlap on the right wing only for him to arrive 10 minutes later was ridiculous.
