You can also find answers to a lot of the typical questions people would come to a forum for in the past just by using google.

Just googling FM14 wonderkids will bring up a bunch of blogs and such with much more information than we've got here.

Are we just accepting defeat or what? We need some new features that will keep people interested in the site, I quite liked that site that had various achievements you could accomplish, the more you did the higher rank you became which you had as a little badge of honour beneath your post count. I've forgotten the name of it now though.

There has barely been any new members become regulars in years, even while traffic was still high. The writing has been on the wall for a long while now.

Probably cos most new people tend to be slated constantly. It's not exactly a very 'accommodating' forum, even for regulars

Forums in general across the scene are being replaced by Twitter discussion and blogs.

I think most people know there is no bringing activity back. Do many of the 'regulars' here even play FM anymore?

Actually now that I think about wasn't there going to be a huge transformation of the site a while back with a whole bunch of new features but when Rob went to implement it , it failed miserably and was never properly integrated.

I don't really have time to play anymore, the most I can manage to squeeze in these days are half a dozen games or so on a Sunday when we've no plans.

Same, I try to make stories in the career forum but with working six days a week they normally fizzle out within a season or two.

I've just started playing again after more than a year of not even owning the game. Moved to London and had some big exams in my new job which prohibited me from playing.

Now I'm back on track and looking forward to starting a few stories in the coming weeks.
