It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Have downloaded the 5.0 and it worked last night. Then I added in the logos to the "graphics" folder. Now, the faces nor the logos seem to work.
Any idea what I can do?

With 4.0 for FM12, we had a number of users who had error messages when extracting the pack with winrar but the files were extracting nevertheless. I don't believe we had a report of a similar occurence this year, but it's not beyond the realms of possibility.
What is your folder's total size after all the images were extracted?
Probably an issue with config files from the logos pack you have downloaded. You can re-config themusing fmXML.

There are players on FM13 who used to have pictures with the 4.0 series packs but now, with the 5.0 pack, don't. I really don't understand why!

I have just downloaded the full version of the game and now all my faces have gone. They worked fine with the beta and i havent touched any setings. Checked the settings after the full game download and everything still the same.
Also my logos & Kits have also disappeared. Just seems all my custom graphics dont work no more. Any ideas?

Figuered it out. I downloaded Steklo skin which for some reason when removed everything worked again even on the default skin.
So guys if you have a skin installed, try removing it and see if anything works. Could be skins are conflicting with custom graphics some how.

Is anyone else having problems downloading the Megapack parts from Radidshare today? I've downloaded parts 1-5 and have just gone to download part 6 and Rapidshare encountered an error saying that either the server is busy or the file has been marked as illegal. I tried every link and got the same message.
Is there anywhere else I can download parts 6-12?

Why don't you try downloading the whole pack again? It's not too huge, around 300MB iirc. Not sure what could be the case tbh

EDIT: Well, it worked now (after about 40 tries). But the download speed is only ca. 400 kb/s. The torrent is way way faster. Incredibly dissapointed, and now I'm wishing I never supported this site
