How can I save a club that does not want to be saved? How can a club be ran so poorly and left to go into financial ruin. How can I fall into the same trick of signing a deal on empty promises ... the wage budget at Suwon is close to triple what I would be getting with Seongnam. Suwon have fallen on hard times. They are one of the clubs I always want to mange when I go to South Korea. Don't think this is a chance I could pass up at this moment in time.
Loyalty or a chance of redemption. Tough decision.

Not won anything in a few years and I am hoping to be the man to turn this around. If not, better get packing.
The facilities are far better than what I had at Seongnam and looking around the squad despite its age its still good enough and the youngsters in the wings are there to develop.
Other mangers are scared. This guy is a mug. Itching to put him straight.
Squad is good, little thin in some areas but that will be addressed soon enough.

Signed this guy. Anyone familiar with FM and China will know this guy is pretty much a beast. Picked him up on a free, if this guy plays well, then we will play well.

Just returned to another previous club and gave them a going over. Manager was lippy before the game and gave me and the players all the motivation they needed.

Signed a deal to extend my stay for one more season. I think after this season I will look to move on, starting to get bored of my time in Asia. But might look to defend any silverware I win this season mind.

Last run of games we slipped up, some embarrassing defeats, 3-1 and 4-1 to name a few.
Into the top half play offs now. We can still do it, but if we can't turn around things then we won't win the league.

Our season average has only just been over 24,000 so to break it now is quite weird.

So I managed to win the KFA Cup this time with another side. Defending my crown as a manager. Not only this, but it is a blow for Seoul who I am chasing for the league. Equal on points but they have a greater goal difference. But beating them now gives me the advantage.

Vital in terms of the league this run of games. Managed to win games on the sly and annoy the Soeul manager at the same time. Added bonus.
For those wondering who we have in the final ... Seongnam ....

One thing that frustrates me about managing in South Korea is when players get called up for National Service. Even more when it is players who are young and talented. So so annoying.

Final played out like that. So ecstatic not only did we win, but we hammered Seongnam. It was gutting to see Park Ji-Sung so gutted and some of the players who served me well. I need to make this clear it is not against the players at the club but the hierarchy and more so the chairman Lee Jae-Myung. My beef is with him and him alone. To get a victory over him is always pleasing.

The treble completed. Top of the Asian HoF and a decision to be made. Job in South Africa has come up. Declared my interest in the job but they can't afford the compensation package. If I resign then I can allow the club in South Africa talk to me. At a cross road here. Seem to be jumping ship a lot but I'm fed up of Asia for now and I think I've done all that I can.
