If they offer a good transfer and wage budget then I'd say take it, if you're obviously offered the job.

So at the winter break period we are top with quite a gap. It is amazing to see that Copenhagen have slipped away so badly this season. Good news for us however. But the question is how long will I be at the club for?

Shedender - Some pretty good terms to be fair.



These are the terms and the terms I am likely to accept. Might negotiate a two year stay and see what comes up. However the job at Sampdoria has emerged and I do like the looks of that however there will be less money there.

So the club is a growing one and of course the Tycoon who bought the club felt that way about it. There is a lot in favour of this club. The facilities are excellent and this for me will prove to be an important part to play in attracting new players to the club. Hopefully I can add some trophies to the growing cabinet.



The season so far. It is not to bad but the disappointing thing is the club is no longer in Europe. I did leave Midtjylland still in Europe. But beggars cannot be choosers here.



Third in the league but there is quite a gap between us and 2nd place. Some work to do.

Needed some depth and a future big player for the club. Paid a modest £975k for him.



Signed for just over £1m. He has potential to be a future international and I see re-sell value for him in the future.



Signed from PSV for £325k. Bargain basement price. Will be the talisman in the midfield that we are seeking.

He wasn't playing for me and I didn't rate him that much. I had a deadline day Russia bid so I took it. It meant we made a profit on him but also allowed funds to come in. During the summer I will be looking to sell much of the foreign talent to develop some home grown players and players from within Portugal

Another Brazilian and another sale. Made a slight loss but still money into the club.

Interesting move to Academica.

Matos at right back looks a gem. Nothing else to write home about.

Got rid of another, a nice profit of £500k.

No surprise that Porto have ran away with the league. They are a class beyond everyone in the league at the moment. I aim to change that within a few years time.

Making a good start. Players have settled into my system. I am able to attract players of sufficient calibre to slot into my system which helps. Having some of the best facilities available also helps.

Another player off to pastures new. Still a few more to cull before the end of the season and the start of the transfer window.

End of the season and goal difference means we end second and therefore seal the final slot for the Champions League. Best I could have hoped for. We slipped up last game of the season against Braga, losing 3-0 but Maritimo also fancied helping us out and drew so it meant we were left level on points. Big result this.

Cup final next ... opponents ... Maritimo ....

DanW19 - Cheers Dan, was not easy but we just about managed to get there. Into the Champions League Play Offs, hopefully we can make the groups.

So the old club managed to hold on and win the league. Nice to see. If they can keep hold of key players then they could be a force for a few seasons in Denmark.



Overachievers but also we worked solidly to earn 2nd place. Upcoming season we are looking to build upon this season.

Out the door, as the clear out continues. I'm hoping to be able to sell before I buy so that I can mould the squad as I want. I want to import more home grown talent into the club.



USA international is also off for £175k. It is some money but not what I was hoping for.

On a free from Braga. This guy has some potential and on a free with a potential re-sale value. What is not to like.



On a free from Barcelona B. Scouted and he is rated. Could prove a big signing and a star man upfront for us.



Re-united with this man. Bossed the Danish league with Midtjylland. Great little signing on a free.

Out the door. Some money in and another foreigner cleared off the books.

Another out of the door. Was torn letting this guy go. His recent performances for us were outstanding but I feel there is talent out there to replace him.
