I did these cuts before realizing that most of these players are not in the game. Oh well, since these were U-17s, they will likely be in the game in FM15.

I noticed that the current cut for 916720 might be better than mine. I'll let mons decide for himself, mine is on the left, current is on the right:

Two small things I'd like to suggest.
a) Post in the teampack request when you're about to start a request. This way, there won't be any chance of somebody else starting work on the same images at the same time.
b) Secondly, a good chunk of your cuts have a small line around the head. This can be avoided by utilizing this method

Generally speaking, I find I can remove most snow from the hair if I put in the amount of time to remove it in refine edge, and clearing it up with some combination of the erase and clone stamp tool, but I didn't think to do it that way the video showed! That'll speed things up and give better results I am sure. Especially when it comes to skin, which I sometimes find to be a bigger problem than hair in some cuts.

I think I my level of cutting has really improved (thanks mons for showing me the darken clone tool technique) so feedback is appreciated to get even better.
