It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I downloaded your Cut Out Mega Pack 5.0 Complete for my FM 13 yesterday.
After this I put all files into the graphics folder as every year. I did the same with my Metallic Logos and Cut Out Icon Mega Pack.
Then I reloaded the skin cache as every year, too.
Now I wanted to play with Arsenal London, but I don't have any pictures or logos.
In Spain and France there are logos and pictures, but not in England (in the PL) and for example in die German Bundesliga.
In most countries there are no logos or pictures.
The little icons are everywhere, so I can see them in England and Germany for example, but not the normal cut out pictures and logos.
Can you help me?

I'm having trouble downloading the 12 parts of the FM2013 Faces Megapack 5.0 from here - http://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/download_megapack/complete/1
I mananged to download the first 5 parts yesterday morning but since then, whenever I've tried to download the others parts from Rapidshare, I'm presented with the following error message:

The file of the above link no longer exists. This could be for several reasons:
The uploader deleted the file.
The file contained illegal contents and was deleted from our servers by our Anti-Abuse team.

What is the total file size? Have you tried opening it with winrar instead of winzip?
Sorry to hear that, but it seems to me like it's an issue with download speeds at your end
I'm not sure I understand where the problem is. Have you extracted the file with winrar? Could you post a screenshot of the file you've downloaded?
As the process is (was) automated, I'm not 100% sure on how the files in the rapidshare split download are organised. I understand they're basically the contents of the MP, split in 12 folders. If that is the case, then you need to create a new folder named faces or Megapack or whatever in Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 2013 > graphics, with the last folder being created if necessary. You should then put the contents of your downloaded file in there, and you should have 116,000+ images plus a config.xml file in ONE single folder.
Again, this could be a problem with your internet connection. Perhaps you could try a download manager to ensure this does not happen.
Seems to me like the files were somehow not applied correctly. Can you confirm that you have 116,000+ files and a config.xml in the cut-out megapack folder?

I am having the exact same problem, badges, kits, even the small icon faces appear but on the main screen for a player the cut out face does not work I have tried everything

Un tick "Use caching to decrease page loading times" in your preferences section.
Then reload the skin and your pics and logos will appear.

First of all, thanks for the great pack.
Only problem, I can't get it to work this time.
-Using win7
-downloaded pack, containing 116549 files
-copied everything in documenten\sports interactive\football manager 2013\graphics\faces
-directory 'faces' containing all pictures and config.xml
-config file is approx 8mb
-only reload skin is ticked in preferences
all to no avail. Tried restarting etc.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong?

and ticked the correct boxes on the interface screen but for some reason when i play the game i only get the faces and badges for certain leagues.
I don't get any pictures or logos for any team in the premier league but i do for every other league in England. It is like this for most countries.
I have the correct amount of pictures in my folders and i know the faces and logos are in the pack because i have looked for them (i.e. the arsenal logo is there) but for some reason some show up and some don't.
Any help please???????

Two things you might have done incorrectly.
a) The files need to go in Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 13 / graphics, and not in the Steam folder. It's not entirely clear whether this is the case.
b) Are the in-game preferences correctly set up? This is how they should look like
Looks to me like you've done something wrong. In 5.0, bar a small number of youth players, every Arsenal player has a cut-out.
Have you unzipped the torrent file? How large is it before unzipping? How many images in all do you have in the megapack folder? Is there a config file contained therein?

The file size and file count seems fine. Might be that you didn't copy the whole thing over. I doubt it's the case, but could you confirm there is a config.xml file in there as well?
