Surely these text's wouldn't be funny if they were sent to say a known homophobe/racist/sexist - comedians joke about this type of stuff all the time.

He's done absolutely nothing wrong, imo.

Personally I think he's brilliant on his day which I think has a lot to do with his confidence.

I think its why everyone lost their shit when Pardew headbutted David Meyler back in March - that was a hilariously bad example to set to aspiring managers.

Admittedly I felt at the time - and still do - that the headbutt was exaggerated, but I can see why people thought "What a fucking moron".

Well, we still need a new striker. If this rumour one may come in this week is true then that'll be just dandy but we could've won this game with one. SdJ did look good in his cameo though.

The Mail alleges the damaging text was sent from Mackay's phone on 5 June last year, when he contacted Cardiff's then head of recruitment Moody about a player they were trying to sign.

The message read: "Not taking no for an answer from the chink until the 20th time or unless somebody big blows us out of the water. Can you tell him that?"

Surely Spurs-QPR made more sense for premise, and for potential to laugh at Harry Redknapp getting mullered.

Spurs QPR would likely have been a 3PM Satuday kick-off and only got pushed back 'cos of the EL game.

Hull must feel robbed after that.
