It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

It's got nothing to do with their age, it's probably a config issue.
What version of the MP did you download? Are you up-to-date with all the updates? Did you add the image to the MP folder yourself? If yes, did you amend the config file?

Sorry but uploaded link are the only,but you can type "premium link generator" on Google,you'll get very long list of sites wich could give you premium download speed,even with uploaded.net links.

Uploading is automatic, so we can only upload to sites which allow us to modify the code so that the process is able to be automated.
If download speed is such an issue for you, you may wish to wait until next month when the whole 7.0 megapack will be available via torrent...

Hoping someone maybe able to help.
I have downloaded and installed the full version 6.09. I believe I have installed it correctly and I believe it is complete.
I have restarted the PC and have followed the instructions re the preferences options in FM itself. Still nothing.

I don't know what on the screenshot (obviously!) but I would like to have screenshots of your megapack folder (showing clearly the path and total file count) as well as a screenshot of any player in the game who should have a cut-out but isn't displaying anything.

So I just downloaded the main file "Complete Pack 6.0" and a few of the Update-Packs for 6.0, but the readme-file in the Update-Packs says "For use with FM09-FM13". Did you forget to update the readme or are the files wrong?

For one thing, I would definitely recommend that you download all the update packs, rather than just a few, and it's very important that they are installed in order.

But it will take a little time for me, since I only use the uploaded.net-mirrors. I am currently downloading the "6.04 changes", but I missed to download the "6.0 changes" first, so I "installed" the complete-pack-6.0 and the change-packs 01,02 and 03 for now.
So if I will download the changes-pack 6.0 (4287 images) later this day, all I have to do is to NOT overwrite existing files (images and the xml file), am I right?

If your main Hard Drive isn't larger enough for adding all the graphics or having too many game saves etc then use this option to change the location to an external or your 2nd Hard Drive
