Erm, the polar opposite actually.

I'm bored of people blaming Williamson & Gouffran. And jizzing over Cabella on account of he's expensive and new and ignoring that he's been dropped for a reason. It's the Kagawa is better than Rooney argument, or the Hatem Ben Arfa argument.

I'm certainly not trying to blame Cabella and want him to well for the club. Just can't be arsed with the hypocrisy.

Gouffran has his place in the squad - he's not creative enough to be starting in a key attacking role against poor sides though, or at home if were planning on taking the game to the opposition as we were against Southampton. Leave him for the big games or coming off the bench to see a game out. He's a good grafter but very poor defensively contrary to what Pardew/Carver will tell us. Constantly out of position but it's not really his fault, pardew has ruined him. He was a striker when he came here - watch Chelsea at home when we won 3-2 and compare that to the Gouffran now. Shadow of a player.

Williamson isn't good enough though. He'd struggle to get in Sunderland/Leicester/Hulls team and probably some top half Championship too. Positionally clueless masked by being half decent in the air.

Poor form doesn't make players bad, nor does good form make bad players good.

Gouffran and Cabella are good players, Ameobi and Williamson aren't.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed he was unsuccessful in signing a 17-year-old Angel Di Maria due to work permit regulations.

The Frenchman wants restrictions for non-European Union players to be scrapped as he tries to sign centre-half Gabriel Paulista from Villarreal.

He suggested Home Office criteria prevented him from signing Manchester United's Di Maria nine years ago.

"We wanted him to come here," said Gunners boss Wenger.

Has Wenger nearly signed everyone who has turned out world class?

Di Maria has an Italian passport (at the time it would've been simple for him to get one anyway) so he's talking bollocks

We are booing because Besic was easily our MoM AGAIN, yet that fucking donkey Barry, the one who is a liability constantly giving the ball away stays on every game. Starting to think there is something in his contract. Barry should of come off, not Besic. That's why we was booing. Every match Martinez does the same predictable subs.

Martinez, has anyone ever told you the definition of Insanity? Insanity is doing the exact same fucking thing over and over again expecting shit to change.

I understand that now. Ha ha thought u were booing the fact you were bringing on an extra striker.

Real shame for him, he's been playing excellently after struggling for a few years and then gets an injury like that. Hope he can recover from it and come back stronger.

No, The teams shite. The style of play is shite. The repeated passing around the box is shite, everything is back and fourth trying to walk it into the box and work it around. We played really direct a couple of games back and Lukaku had an awesome match. We don't play to his ability.

A bit rough when the FA cannot really prove there to be any intent in his actions. More so when you consider some of the other stuff that's gone unpunished during the year. I do have to laugh how the word "stamp" is used though, when in fact he's actually "trodden" on Can as he chases down the ball.

His "reputation" doesn't help, despite the fact I don't think he's ever been sent off in his career and gets an absolute work over by some defenders during games; including an elbow by Skrtel and then an immediate hip check by Lucas during the first leg that went unpunished.

I just hope Remy gets the start against City and not Drogba, while fingers crossed Cesc is passed fit.
