Peterborough fire Darren Ferguson after a 3-0 defeat at MK Dons leaves them 9 places off the play-offs.

Don't think too many will miss him but he probably will be back.

If we do beat Plymouth away and Luton at home we might actually have chance of automatic promotion so I'll pass for the moment.Having said that, we will probably lose so don't rule me out just yet. Oh, we won 1-0 against Hartlepool. Amazing

Flitcroft out.

Next Saturday is MASSIVE for both of us now, if we're as up for it as we were yesterday's game then I can't see you lot winning.

The number 11 is brilliant.

Last season Plymouth away was nothing short of a disaster so there is lots of room for improvement. But you never know with Bury FC. When people think we are already in the shit, that is the point where we really raise our game and disappoint even more.

May the worse team lose!

IIRC you hammered us at your place though? I could be wrong, all these season stuck in this shit league blur into one.

How many do you reckon you'll bring?

Yes, the game at Gigg was one-way traffic. Only won 2-1 but we should have battered you 4 or 5-1 that day. Our strikers didn't take their chances and our defence was a bit leaky. To be honest, nothing has changed really so it'll be key for us to keep it tight at the back and take the few chances we'll get.

Re: attendance. I don't really know. I'd say roughly around 400 people will turn up. It's a hell of a long trip but the fans who will be there, won't stop singing and making noise I guarantee you that.

In other news, we extended the contracts of Andrew Tutte and Tom Soares today. Delighted for Tutte, as he really wants to be here and puts in 100% effort every game, not so sure about Soares though. Flitcroft seems to love him but he really should have been dropped at more than one point this season. Hopefully he raises the bar now.

So, we are leasing Manchester City's former training complex at Carrington for five years. Massive news for us and big boost for our long-term strategy. It is good to see we are taking advantage of our location and getting involved with the big guns in our region

Looks like Blackpool were lucky to concede just the 4. Be funny if it was 1-0 to Blackpool though.

It would have been a Football Manager-esque result then.

One of their players, Islam Feruz, tweeted the team 'takes more kick-offs than corners'. Shots fired

Needless to say, he deleted the tweet shortly afterwards

Another odd Tuesday night game. 3-0 win, with no Scannell or Coady, and Vaughan on the bench. Took the lead, they came out after that and had a go, but in the second half we controlled it. Our third goal was a sensational goal on the counter, well worth a watch on our YouTube.

Reading were crap. Had loads of the ball and did sod all with it.

Didn't a guy on loan there earlier in the campaign put up a Snapchat of him and a teammate with sad faces going "We're going to lose again" before a game that they did lose?

Romance isn't dead. Though our players will need to be careful when sliding into a tackle on Saturday.

Completely outplayed today and we were never looking likely for a point from the first minute. Bury dominated us first half, although we didn't help by being utter shite, evidenced by the fact Ryan Brunt couldn't win a fucking header, trap a ball or make a simple pass to save his life and yet all we still did was hoof the ball up to him. Bury had 4-5 good chances to go ahead in the first half but couldn't shoot, or cross for that matter. Second half we started a bit more lively and had a good 5-10 minute spell where we were on top, looking like we could score, and then Bury go and get a goal and it's back to the way we were. Our day was summed up when Shez made a triple substitution and we some how ended up with a right back up front (he nearly scored, too)!

We were an absolute shambles but fair play to Bury; although they did time waste a bit first half, even at 0-0.

Looking forward to seeing if gfnx25's version of events is at all similar to mine

Just back home after a looooooooooooong day. Fucking hell, where did that come from?

Arrived around one hour only with the biggest headache possible, because I overdid it last night and drinking even more in the car on the way to Plymouth didn't quite help. That headache increased when I saw our starting line-up. Nardiello being alone upfront got me thinking we'd go all defensive and just try to counter attack once at a time. So I was mildly surprised to see how well we started. Nardiello had a good chance after like three minutes which he really should have scored. Plymouth had a good chance aswell when Pope had to save Talbot's shot (if it was him). By the way: Where the fuck was Reuben Reid?? I was expecting him to tear us a new one but instead you played this chubby pub footballer with the massive tooth gap who looked like pudding on two legs. We dominated possesion but bar couple of shots of target didn't really produce anything of note. To be fair, first-half was a bit of a turn off.

Second half Plymouth came out flying and caused our defence all sorts of problems. The disallowed goal and Nelson's header, which hit the crossbar, probably changed the game. If we conceded in that space of time, we would have been out of it but instead straight down the other end Nardiello made i 1-0 with his 100th league goal. From that point on, Plymouth were plain dead. Nothing from them after we scored. We didn't even need to push in the last 30 minutes because they were that finished. Our second goal in the 90th minute was inevitable and although Plymouth got another goal disallowed our win was more than deserved. Very good display from us and if we beat Luton on tuesday than god knows. Very good away day

Inconsistency continues. On to Brentford.

My moan of the week is at our local paper. Don't know who thought it was a good idea to employ Tom Marshall-Bailey and let him have an opinion on football, but he's utterly clueless. Very good at spotting the fricking obvious but incapable of working out why it happened. His target for the week is David Edgar - who might have had a bad day, but if you can't work out that he was getting targeted because of the lack of cover Scannell provides then you probably shouldn't have an opinion about football.

Made the 630 mile round trip down to Bournemouth yesterday! Was a very long trip and it didn't really help the kick off was delayed. Still it was a decent game, first half we were awful but second half we were much better and we could have nicked a win! Great atomsphere in the away end as well singing all the way through the second half. Steele in net for us made some amazing saves! Our season looks over now but was much better yesterday.

Big credit to you there mate, going down to the other end of the country for a meaningless game! Our away followings have been excellent all season actually, I remember we took a lot to Brentford.

Liverpool next week? I've got my ticket!

Thanks mate! I bought it when they came out as I had never been there! At that point we were closer to the play offs but still would have gone anyway probably! I know they have 765 yesterday and we made a lot of noise

Yeah I have got mine too!
