It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I have a similar problem. Downloaded the main 7.0 pack and it works perfectly. Downloaded the 'changes' so I now have 5 zip files staring with '7.0 changes' and ending with '7.04 changes'. Do I extract every zip file or just the first one? Tried extracting them all and it resulted in one massive folder called 'faces' inside a folder called 'sortitoutsi'. I copied that into my 'megapack 7.0' folder already in the graphics folder in the documents part of SI and when I reload the skin some of my faces are gone although not all of them.
Basically I just don't know how to get the changes to take effect, sorry.

If you have downloaded the full 7.0 pack, then you don't need the 7.0 update pack. Just start from 7.01 onwards.
Basically, extract 7.01 and put all the images within the main megapack folder, where all the 7.0 images are contained. If you do this right, then you should be prompted to overwrite however many thousands of images. Confirm the overwrite.
Repeat the process for 7.02 to 7.04. At the end of the whole shebang, you should have one folder (and ONE FOLDER ONLY - I can't stress this enough) with all 156,000+ images contained within it.

The torrent is working fine and is being seeded very well at the time of this message over 50 seeds to the 450-500 peers, i tested on laptop and worked perfectly fine got my max download speed most the time.
Are your torrent settings fine with dht enabled etc maybe

I'm using uTorrent, it says DHT: waiting to log in. I will try another client and report back.
EDIT: Changed bit torrent client to Vuze, works like a dream.

Glad that sorts the problem out for you, with utorrent you need to make sure you have a green tick in the bottom right hand corner rather than a triangle, sometimes its the ports not being open maybe.

If you have the complete 7.02 pack (some 154,248 images, give and take), then all you need to do is download the 7.03 and 7.04 UPDATE packs and apply them chronologically. I've no idea what the replace setting you're talking about is, but all you need to do is paste each pack's images WITHIN the megapack folder, then accept when you are prompted if you want to overwrite images. If you completely got rid of your original pack, then you've done some of the above steps wrong. Hope this helps

When the process is completed, you should have all the images in one folder and one folder only.
What you need to do is copy the CONTENTS of each update pack (i.e. not the update pack folder but its CONTENTS) and paste them into the main megapack folder.

done all that, works perfectly, thank you. However before 15.3.1 the 7.02 pack gave me odegaard and with 7.02 after the update it doesnt. even after adding 0.3 and 0.4 i still don't have a face for odegaard

Can I have a screenshot of your megapack folder so I can see if there's anything possibly wrong in it? Have you changed the preferences as indicated in the OP?

EDIT It's ok I just removed the folder out of the main pack into the into graphics and it works. I just thought only 1 folder for megapack should excist
