Is it possible to import this into the FM 2015 Offline Editor?

I like to play with smaller leagues but give their players some boosts, so I'd like to load this into the editor and make a couple of edits for my game. However, when I try, it shows as error.

No, however you would be able to create your own editor file only changing certain players attributes and use it along side our update, as we only change what team they play for.
