Got to see an orthopeadic specialist next week regarding my ankle injury back in September. Originally I damaged my tendon/ligaments. However now after seeing a private physio I've been told I've potentially ruined the articular cartiladge in my ankle and I could potentially need it restoring!

I wrote down the wrong date, 14th instead of 12th.

I'm studying on my own, so no reminders from teachers or anything like that.

Fair enough about that, but surely nearer to the date, say on the 10th you'd check up what time it is and all details
