Some players are more effective coming of the bench though in all fairness, just look at Hernandez/Dzeko

In fairness, I don't think Hernandez is necessarily better off the bench it's just that he normally comes off the bench when we need a change and are usually hyper attacking or starts in games where we pick weaker sides e.g. Norwich and Gala. He was immense starting against Braga, for example when we actually had good players around him.

Whenever ive seen him play and start hes been largely ineffective though, just seems to get marked out of the game.
