It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Either you have not downloaded all the parts of the megapack, or you have installed it wrongly. For the whole megapack to work properly, you should have one folder and one folder only with 159,000+ images in it. Is this the case in your megapack folder?

Some of the players and managers faces do not seem to be showing for some reason, e.g. France and Holland. Anyone know why this is happening?

This is due to licensing reasons and you need to download this file to fix it.
Make sure that all the images are contained within one folder only. If you do it correctly, you will get a prompt asking you whether you want to overwrite existing images - you should say yes/OK.

Thank you for the fast response but i made a stupid mistake when unpacking some megapack updates. I unzipped them all into the megapack folder but they were still within the "sortitoutsi" folder. For some reason the whole pack stopped working because of that.
It's all fixed now.

Just a quick point for clarification for me. Should the folder be: "Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 201x > graphics > faces" OR as your screenshot shows "Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 201x > graphics > players > cutouts > megapack 7.0" ??? Or should it be "Documents > Sports Interactive > Football Manager 201x > graphics > megapack 7.0" because if you follow the instructions on the download page "Once you've downloaded it you'll be presented with a ".zip" file. Extract this file to the following location "My Documents » Sports Interactive » Football Manager 2013 » graphics". " -- that is what will be there.
Just trying to be certain am doing it correctly.

So I've been running on just 7.0 for the last couple of weeks as I only bought FM15 then and decided I'd upgrade my graphics tonight...
I downloaded the 7.0 torrent file originally and then downloaded the 7.1 update pack thinking I had to DL all updates seperately??? Reading a few of the posts in here am I right to assume this is where I've gone wrong and thats why none of my faces are showing now? SHould I have just DL the 7.6 megapack?
If so how the hell do I fix this.... please...

I'm afraid I can't download 7.01 again right now, but if everything was done correctly, then you should have 152,772 images (7.0+7.01) in one folder and one folder only, or very close to that number.

Are you sure you've downloaded the whole megapack and not just an update pack? How many images in all do you have in your MP folder?

I downloaded the complete file, i even paid to download it all at once, i have 124,093 images
ive also got the logo megapack to and not all those icons are visible either. I put the downloaded folders into the graphics folder and extracted them there, so there is a few sub folders now, could that be the issue? but wouldn't that cause all logo's to disappear not just some?

You don't seem to have downloaded the whole pack, I'm afraid. The 7.07 full pack contains just over 160k images. What version did you get?
I also use the metallic logopack and I can confirm that there are folders for clubs, comps, nations etc. and each contains a further 4 sub-folders, so the folder structure seems fine. I suspect that somehow the download did not complete itself for this pack as well.
In both cases, I can only suggest downloading them again...

i have downloaded the packs and placed them in the correct place and untucked the correct things in preferences.
looking through the files it doesn't seem to have a XML file, I'm on a mac and all the creators seem based for pc ??
