Definitely agree that Wenger needs to leave now. Bring in someone new who will have a month before the transfer window opens to really bring the squad up to shape and more importantly get rid of all the dead weight in this club. He is our greatest ever manager and we would not be where we are now without him in terms of size and infrastructure. But the Premier League has changed so much since we last won anything and even if changing our transfer policy is not an option, at the very least our philosophy needs to be overhauled, something Wenger will never even contemplate.

Our squad is stronger than 80% of the clubs in the league, simply signing more and more players isn't the problem. The way we play is the problem, we pass for the sake of passing, we attack with no urgency or pace, we defend like fucking children at times and on top of all that show on real fight when things are going against us.

Ideally he'll move 'upstairs' and still be involved with the club itself, though changing a manager at this time in a season isn't really a good idea imo.

If Wenger is to go, I hope it's in the summer and not now. It'll be a tough transitional process after having the same manager for sixteen years. I don't think it'd be good for us to change halfway through a season. There's more chance of getting someone good if you do it in the summer as well.
