Help,, what stadium is this and why is is showing at random clubs? (fmc stadium pack)

Hi can anyone please tell me why this image below is showing on random clubs after installing the graphics pack? it seems as though for any club that they don have the image available it resorts to this image as a default one...any ideas on how to remove it please, thanks in advance
