It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I need help to "cut out player faces".
I downloaded the Cut Out Player Faces Megapack "complete pack" but I can not extract the archive since it seems imcomplète and I can not get the downloaded again.

What is the total size of the file? Which version are you downloading? What program are you using to extract the pack? Why can you not download it again?

5,4gb and the version is 5.2 my program is win zip or win rar. It's ok to download again, it's just that the speed is slower than the first.

I am really losing my mind with these facepacks. As I was unable to get a fix to my problem outlined with you I proceeded to try to download the 5.02 version. Considering the size of these files it takes the best part of 7 hours to download so when I return to laptop in morning to find numerous errors from winzip telling me the file may be corrupt and to try downloading again then 7zip saying it cannot open as an archive. When the downloading takes so long it is not viable to keep downloading.
What is wrong with these megapacks?

As previously explained, this applies to both megapacks now, with 7Zip it gets to 25% extraction and seems to get stuck on readme file but will not progress. As it is stuck you can only close it. With WinZip or WinRar it starts extraction and finally comes up with a diagnostic message saying the file is corrupt and to redownload. I have now downloaded the newest megapack version twice. The same happens both times.
Im fairly competent on the PC as I work in IT and have tried troubleshooting ie changing config file, trying to re-extract skipping existing files so it should in essence pick up from 25% but still doesnt progress so am looking for specific possible fixes to this please.

It is highly likely that the winRAR extraction worked, but threw up an erroneous error message. This has been a reported problem.
It makes no difference to the pack, so some questions:
1) What is the total size of the zipped pack after download (hopefully you used a download manager to ensure a smooth download)
2) After extraction using winRAR how many images do you have inside the unziped Megapack folder? And do you have a config file in there?

EDIT: Also, every one of the newgens on the game are bald! hahah, I do not know what happened.. :/
EDIT *FIXED*: So, I somehow fixed the problem. I am not sure what was wrong because I fixed so many things, but I'll list what I did just in case anyone else runs into the problem I was having. I verified the games local content (via steam), changed the unarchiving program that I use (I am on a mac, changed from UnrarX to the Unarchiver), deleted the steklo skin from my computer.. and a couple of other things that I do not think would have influenced. Not really sure what happened.. all well.

Do you still have the file on your computer? Try re-extracting it with winrar. It might give some error messages, but the whole file will still extract nonetheless.

Download time depend on your internet speed and which file download method you use so that's not for us to judge. The file size is displayed before downloading it.
Try downloading the file using a download manager so that the download doesn't get interrupted or corrupted in any way.

I've downloaded from this website compete pack 5.2 and I can't get it uznipped - windows says file's bad, so I used 7zip - file was opened, but for every graphic file I get message "file compression method is not supported" and file's not extracted. I am using 9.20 WinZip on Windows 7 64 bit - what's wrong? I downloaded second time but story's the same again.
