I actually just did a cut for him but then he requested 4 more, all of which were poor images, which I thought I explained nicely.
I even sent him the current images from the MP explaining that they are of better quality even if 'older'.
It's all good though, one less person to take requests from.

Good work @stefg

A couple of pointers towards improving your cuts:
a) Always try to leave as little space as possible between the top of the head and the top of the cut, and also between the chin and the bottom of the cut.
b) Try to make sure that the face is straight, i.e. that the ears are balanced (unlike the third preview image in the second cut)

That said, these are relatively minor issues - looking forward to seeing more of your work
