A couple of pointers towards improving your cuts:
a) Always try to leave as little space as possible between the top of the head and the top of the cut, and also between the chin and the bottom of the cut.
b) Try to make sure that the face is straight, i.e. that the ears are balanced (unlike the third preview image in the second cut)
That said, these are relatively minor issues - looking forward to seeing more of your work
