It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Done all that and hasnt worked since i moved it to where you suggested - the folder i shown you has a few things within it.
I downloaded via steam and have a HP laptop rather than a Mac if that helps or provides you with information thats useful too!

After downloading this update. https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update Ben Arfa as a free player. No face. With this is a problem. Updates face 8.06 already downloaded. Previously, everything was ok. The game is original, zero problems, and here such surprise. Ben Arfa free transfer, without a face. I do not know what this could go.

As I've already shown you, Ben Arfa's face has not been changed with this file for around a year now. Therefore, the issue is nothing to do with this megapack but somehow with the data update. I would suggest that you ask in that forum for a solution.
Also, can you confirm that your megapack folders are located anywhere within Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager / graphics please? If they're anywhere else, then you may have issues.

Do you have me for an idiot? Yes they are in the right place in the Football Manager sit for a few good years. Everything was ok until upload this update (which is great, but it has this tiny defect)

I only ask because of this conversation earlier this week in which a user mentioned that he had been placing his graphics in the installation folder instead of the Documents folder. I thought your's may have been a similar case.
If you have a problem with the update file, then please post in that forum. It's got nothing to do with this pack, I'm afraid.

I did a clean install. Upgrade from you. (From this forum, the presence of which I gave), it faces the MEGAPACK. And still the same. Where do I write this comment? For how to say you are not an admin?

I may be a staff member but I mostly take care of this forum (and the real name fix), so I can't really help on any data update issues as I'm not involved in that aspect and I honestly wouldn't know what to do.
A quick search on the forums led me to this thread. Perhaps you can ask there if anybody has had a similar issue and, if yes, perhaps they can tell you how to solve it.

Hmmm, that's a very good spot - I hadn't thought about it. If you download and apply the real name fix, it removes this issue, which is a licensing matter. This fix is save-game compatible.

Place the images into the main megapack folder. If you are doing it right, you should be prompted to replace/overwrite images; which you say yes to.
You should have one folder and one folder only, with all the images in it, and no sub-folders.

I´ve always manage to get all the ad-ons to work on my old laptop, but now the faces don't appear, the logos and kits are fine.
Any ideia why is this happening?

How many images in total do you have in your megapack folder? Which download method did you use? Can you please upload a screenshot of the folder?

In the screenshot the folders are out of OneDrive, I've relocated but it still doesn't work (now not only the faces but logos and kits too). Previously they were located in OneDrive as I said.
This are the same exact folders I used on my old laptop, and the same location.

Bit in bold is what's wrong. Whichever download method you used, you should have substantially more than that. If you just downloaded the 8.0 torrent, then you should have well over 160,000 images.
Additionally, you should place the contents of update packs within the megapack folder. If you do it right, you should be prompted to confirm the overwriting of x amount of images - to which you say yes/OK. Basically, you need to have one folder and one folder only with all the images in it.
Looks like you'll have to re-download the torrent file, I'm afraid...
