Updated Captains Not Working

For some teams, like PSG and Zenit, the Captains and Vice-Captains don't seem to have changed. For example, Hulk is still Vice-Captain of Zenit and Zlatan Vice-Captain of PSG.

Am I doing something wrong or does this not change. I've simulated a year in and it still has not changed, so not sure if it's stuck or will eventually change.

if you open that file in the editor you will see that only 7 changes have been made to club captains the ones you mention have not been done

hopefully these will be done at a later date

the transfers/loans now is a big job
