Can't see Belgium being that much different under Martinez. To be honest they've already almost been a bit like his Everton team of the last two seasons - plenty of talented players especially going forward, but little organisation.

West Brom have called off a £15m bid for Sakho - will Berahino still leave though this transfer window?

Florian Thauvin has rejoined Marseille from Newcastle on an initial loan deal but have "an obligation" to make the deal permanent.

And Newcastle have reportedly rejected two bids (don't think it said from who) for Ayoze Perez.

Not sure what the hell Klopp is doing in this transfer window, he's doing what i do in FM and only signing attacking players when we clearly need a leftback.

It's alright, on transfer deadline day he'll resort to desperately filtering the player search by LB and value and blindly bidding for 32 players, whilst scouting them at the same time, in the hope you get a bid accepted for someone half decent.

Or is that just me?

Charlton have bid £100k for Josh Magennis, I'm aware he's a fellow Bangorian but Charlton could surely do better?
West Ham have agreed a £20m bid for Swansea striker Andre Ayew,
Peterborough have had a £1.2m bid rejected by Hibernian for their striker Jason Cummings.

I didn't think Swansea were going to do well this season, selling off their strikers. Now they have Llorente, whom I've always been fond of, and they seem to be bolstering their striker ranks with Borja from Atletico Madrid.

Me? I've not spent a penny mate, I have no connection with the club in anyway especially in the transfer window. Thanks for your concern though

Yeah weak effort like, you could have expected 'We didn't sign any dross from Southampton, they're all class players, especially that Ricky Lambert fella, he worked out well' from me.

Fair play to United tbf, feel the transfer is a way of showing their intent and that their still about. Was half doubting their pulling power with the last few years of Moyes & LVG, but they've gone out and broke the transfer fee record and also got in Ibra. Buying their way to the title Crazy fees about these days though.

When we appointed Mourinho I assumed Stones would be his choice to re-enforce our defence. I was at peace with us spending what it would take to get him then, and don't really see any problem with what City have spent. He had a bad season, we all know that, but I'm not even sure they've overspent. Who the fuck knows in this market? Probably about right. We just spent £30m on a CB no ones ever heard of.
