It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Everytime I try to extract the parts it says "CRC failed" What does that mean? Thx in advanced

1.open rar using winrar.
2.go to tools ,repair archieve.
3.select "treat corrupt file archive as rar "
4.click ok.
5.repairing starts and close and new rar file is recovered and its name is repair.file.rar.
It could well be that one or more of the files you downloaded got corrupted at some stage of the download, for example.

When creating the manager profile I used my own pic to generate a face on the 3d manager model and it looked quite good to be honest. Now i've started my game and when i go to my manager profile I just see a completely different and generic face there.
Have you had an issue like this?
I'm thinking about just putting a nice cut out profile pic in there as I've always done, but I actually was liking the way the 3d model was created.

Probably you have the same issue I had where the files were corrupt. Mons advised me to download it via torrent using this link and it did the trick. Perfect file.

Pero, il file da scaricare e un puo grande e puo succedere che la connezione del internet si interrompe parzialmente, e cosi si fermo.
Suggerisco allora che provi a scaricare il megapack con torrent. Se hai problemi a trovare il link per scaricarlo via torrent, scorrere sul fondo di questa pagina fino ad arrivare alla scheda torrent e di la scaricare la versione 9.0. Per essere pienamente aggiornato, si dovrebbe anche scaricare eventuali pacchetti di aggiornamento successive.
Per favore, se rispondi a questo post fallo con quote, e non reply, perche cosi mi si viene uno notificazione e ti posso rispondere piu rapidamente...

allora ho scaricato il mega pack per le facce e lo inserito nella cartella player che sta dentro quella della crafica ma le facce non sono state aggiunte. io ho scaricato il file zip che si chiama: sortitotsi_cutout_megapack_9.00_canges. e esatto ? aspetto risposta il file e grande 321.516KB

Ive had the 7.0 MP over the last 2 iterations of the game and its suited me fine (as a long save player I normally end up with regens faces before to long anyway). Anyway, I thought Id get the facepacks up to date as there are some players coming through now who didnt have faces before (Donnarumma being the one who tipped me over the edge).
I play in the ITA structure, specifically doing the San Marino Challenge. Before I started I had the faces of most of the players in my squad and throughout the division, but since I updated the MP I have lost a significant number of player faces.
I started by going through and sequentially installing the updated MPs (7.01-9.01) and this caused me to lose the faces I had already but gained some who I didnt have. I then downloaded the full MP, deleted all player faces I had and re-installed the new full MP. I am still left without the majority of my squad Including all of the player faces from the SM national side. Is there any reason for this? Also is there anyway to restore the faces I had originally?
Thanks in advance for any answers and I hope this makes sense because Im a few pints deep whilst writing
EDIT: Looking a little deeper it would appear that I have lost all of the faces of players who are included in the base game. How would I go about retrieving those?
