It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Any ideas? And if this doesn't work, would it be possible to get a refund because I payed a tenner for this, really.

Having waited a full day for it to finish I appear to be having problems. I used winrar to extract the files, it gave me a couple of error messages. I clicked through them and kept going. But when I open the folder I only have 92,678 files. This is not enough right. I tried using that fix programme but it appears not to have worked. Do I need to download the pack again?

Hi metal boon thanks for replying, its just the default black faces , I've got over 110k faces in my faces folder in the graphics folder ,it was working fine Tuesday nite once i finished extracting them I had them in all seperate folders at first but moved them all into the one faces folder.

I've noticed a few players faces 'missing'....when through the images in windows explorer many of them come up blank rather than load up and show as a thumbnail. Have I extracted correctly or are these to be added at a later date?

jkishte1, are you sure the file downloaded fully? 5.2GB is the correct size. If you wait a bit, I shall be uploading the new update pack and perhaps you can download the complete pack then.
I'm not sure I understand the issue. Could you give us an example of a player suffering from this issue or post a screenshot?

It's 4.22 GB, so it seems something went awry in download. Am trying again using a DL manager but may wait for the new pack now.

As you can see most of the faces load up, but the ones that don't load up in Windows Explorer correspond with the faces that don't load up in the game....hope this makes sense, thanks again!

I downloaded the latest pack moved the faces folder in my Graphics folder (which is in the Documents/Sports Interactive/FM13 folders) went on prefrences, unticked the first box, ticked the last three and clicked Reload Skin. A logo pack which I downloadedf from a different site worked but this pack didn't. Furthermore, it's deleted the other players with faces, such as the players from the K-League and the Championship, for example.
Any help?

That looks about right so I'm not sure why it's not working. Are you sure that you have your "Faces" folder in the Sports Interactive folder in Documents/Sports Interactive/FM13?
It looks like this may not have extracted properly, I would suggest trying it again using winRAR.
Which pack did you download? If this is the first time you've downloaded the Megapack you need to download the complete pack which is over 5GB and contains over 120,000 images.

The latest pack (16 parts), the complete pack and the pack contains around that amount of images. i've downloaded the pack twice and nothing changed.

I don't think I've extracted mine right,I extracted them by just right clicking the mouse and extract all was one of the options,it just unzipped the folder into another folder with all the images in it,I then manually selected every image and moved it into the faces folder it took a while but it worked at first?

also do you have windows 7 or 8 as you will have two si folders if you do, so it mught be in the wrong one

ive got windows 7 and its in the first SI Folder with the editor data,games,matches,skins folders already there?

That all looks fine, just double check that you have the right boxes ticked/unticked in your Interface section of Preferences menu.

You have about 109,000 faces missing from your Megapack! I think you may have downloaded one of the "update packs" instead of the "complete pack".

Wacko - I think you probably already realise the problem (3,451 images) Firstly did you wait for the the entire download to finish before extracting, and secondly you must use winRAR to extract the file or UnArchiver on Mac; - best to extract it to your desktop, check you have all 112k ish images and a config and then move it to your SI/FM13/graphics/faces folder. You can find the size of the config by right clicking it and selecting properties.
