It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Move the images in each update pack into the main faces folder. If you do it write, you will be prompted to replace the current cuts - click OK.

thank you for your answer. i did it already but new face packs do not work when i try to use the new files in main face folder. I checked some images which is in 9.01, 9.02...Some old images gone and there is no shadows also. Maybe problem is in config file.

main file is 9.00. im playing with it and it works. when i take images or file from 9.01 or other one, i cant see new images.

No worries. All looks fine there. What exactly is the issue then? When you add the update packs and replace existing megapack images, does the player get an empty space in-game or what?
Also, have you set up your preferences as in the first post of this thread? This is very important.

I maked preferences yep. Megapack images mostly looks fine but some images doesnt work from megapack and yes there is empty spaces without shadow. New images which is coming from update pack not work totally. Well i will wait megapack 10

a) I suggest using Winrar for Mac to extract this download.
b) That error message is usually displayed when a file is not fully downloaded. Can you check if the file size is the same as displayed on the download page? If not, you may need to redownload it.
Unfortunately, it's something wrong in the 9.10 config file. Read here for more info on how to make it work. I'm hoping to find the time to release 9.11 this week to fix this issue and also to add the many images released since I uploaded 9.10

I have downloaded the megapack but a lot of profiles still have the default blackout avatar even though their picture is in the file. The picture shows up very small when I right click the name on the tactics screen. Any solutions to this issue?

Looks like you have either somehow not downloaded the whole megapack or you have installed it incorrectly. Never worry, we'll try to figure it out.
How large is the megapack file you downloaded and what download method did you use? Also, how many images do you have in your faces folder?

I have 517,477 Files in the Faces files. I downloaded the individual packs as torrents. The last pack I downloaded was sortitoutsi_cutout_megapack_9.03_changes then I stopped.

I have no idea how you ended up with so many files - there were only around 177,000 images in the main pack
If I were you, I'd wait until v10.0 of the megapack is released near the end of October and get everything in one go then

That's because you've somehow downloaded more files than you've needed to and I suspect the configs are all over the place. Without having a look at the files, I cannot be exactly sure what you did and/or what you need to do, so it's better that I don't risk aggravating the issue.
Or you could try to download it again from scratch...

When I click to download full pack (or any other graphic pack) it does not redirect me or actually download anything. If I try doing it via torrent, the same thing.
Sure it is an easy fix but I am stumped.
