It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Make sure you have DHT activated. I tried downloading the torrent again and I'm connecting to ~20 seeders.

I rehashed and made sure DHT was active and it's still stuck. Also forgot to mention that it's been showing 0 seeds since the beginning even though it downloaded just fine.

Peer exchange was on by default and the problem persists on Deluge as well. I don't know everything about torrents but you have to have the files in order to seed, maybe you have some corrupted files and can't seed them

As you can see I'm connecting to multiple seeds just fine.

Is it possible that group of people isn't connected to a certain tracker and thus can't get what you're seeding? I'm really reaching because my knowledge is limited but I'd rather have them soon since I'm already playing the beta. Thanks for your time although we haven't found a solution yet.

What does your settings in your client look like? Try increasing the number of connections allowed.

Here are the settings you've mentioned on qBittorrent and I haven't really fiddled with them in the past, I only now maximized the connections. And obviously Deluge is on default settings as I just downloaded it.

Put them both to 100 and removed all trackers on qBittorrent, was disconnected from all peers after resuming but gradually connected to the same ones, with 99.7% progress. If you could copy me a peer's IP and port I would be able to connect to them, maybe that would allow me to download the files they have that I don't.

It didn't work, the only port forwarding I have is the automatic one from torrent clients. Checked and my chosen port on qBittorrent is open.

No it's there, but the French national team has a licensing restriction wherein faces are not displayed. You need to download the real name fix to overcome it

Only fix I found was to get a new torrent file, it connected me to peers with 100% progress and it's downloading really fast but you have to download it from the beginning again.

Have you changed the preferences? Also, try a different skin to get it to load all the graphics, then change back to your preferred skin.
