Paid for this site but downloads won't

Tried downloading kits and they just don't want to work I have used a previous site before but for told this is the best and worth the money so I try and nothing will upload to fm 18 I have other that work in a folder but the ones I got from this site have the explorer mark I have extracted them and done everything right when I load fm18 up help please or money back

How big are the files and have you tried right clicking on them and choosing 'open with', then choose winrar or even better download 7zip to open them.

The download may have broken in some way and the file called .rar is really just html, you might be able to open it in notepad to see the contents and get an error message. But we can't help much without more info like the filesize as VP said.

Also what browser are you using? The last version of Internet Explorer was released 4 years ago, you may want to consider upgrading if you're still using it.
