You need to copy and overwrite the faces and the new config file from the update pack into the faces folder.

It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Pulling my hair out here. I got these to work for the Beta but since my game has updated to the full version they no longer work?
I've tried clearing the cache and reloading the skin to no avail. Even changed to the default skin and they still wont load. Can't seem to figure out why?!
EDIT: I've downloaded the changes (10.01) and attempted to extract them. However, half way through I seem to get an error and now the config file has completely disappeared.
I'm just going to start again and redownload the main pack and see what happens...though it may take some time!

The ajax staff does not appear in the game. Therefore, I installed the real fix name so that Berkamp, Olsen, Bogarde would appear ... however their faces do not appear, I do not think the IDs coincide. Could someone solve it? Thanks

For the avoidance of doubt and to answer the multitude of future questions along these lines, that's simply not possible as they are not in the original database. The Ajax staff added in the real name fix can't have faces as far as I know, since their UIDs are not fixed.

God knows what happened. Something obviously when drastically wrong when I extracted the 10.01 changes to my folder. I got some corrupt file during the extraction and seemingly half my folder disappeared
I've fixed it now by just clearing out what remained and redownloading the full pack again.

I hope someone can help me. Ive been a premium member now for a little while and not had any issues downloading the face packs in previous years. however it seems this year the file is taking ages. currently my mac says it will take 4 hours to download the file. I know its not the mac, because if i connect to a hotspot using my phone the download speeds double if not treble.
In previous years they have been zipped and they have been downloaded in no time at all. has something changed this year?

Yes, this facepack is compatible from FM17 to FM18, but you may well have a good few missing faces if you didn't keep up to date.
You can also download the 10.0 base pack as a torrent file

im not sure if this makes a difference but it just seems to be downloading the full 9.74 GB directly - rather than an zip file which would then be extracted at a later date.

if I have let's say complete pack and I've downloaded update pack 9.02 as the latest pack, do I have to download 9.03, 9.04 and so on until 9.12, or do I just download the 9.12 update pack and I won't miss any changes that way? I know I might be a confused dumb dumb but any help would be appreciated

I'm playing on a macbook. Is anyone else having problems launching the game, when the facepack is placed under graphics? It's like it's too much data for the game, so it wont start.
I've never had problems like this before with previous fm games... And I've always had mega facepacks..

Every x.0 pack is available via torrent as a base megapack. To be up-to-date, you then need to download all the update packs released after that, i.e. update pack 9.12 does not include update packs 9.01 - 9.12 and you would have to download them all separately.
However as a premium member, you have to facility to download the full pack for free. So, basically, if you download the full 10.01 pack, you would be sorted. All you'd need to do is download each subsequent update pack when they are released.

Why do you have two? Put the contents on 10.01 in sortitoutsi. If you do it correctly, it should prompt you to merge the folders. Say yes.
