Yep, ref's been awful all game too, but they always favour the Prem side in these games.

It was handball but you can't seriously think that was deliberate? The way he kicked it in and the half hearted celebration were giveaway enough, you know if he'd have meant it he'd have celebrated like he normally does
Sears
Come on it was a blatant handball! Shame its the goal that has won us the game, feel sorry for Mansfield they've been incredible since the beginning of the second half
King Luis
I didn't say it wasn't a handball. But you can't say that it was deliberate, it just hit his hand.

But as I said, dont think Suarez is to blame. Most people wouldve knocked it in too.

If it doesn't look deliberate then what are you disallowing it for?
Telegram Sam
It doesn't have to be deliberate for it to be disallowed.
chokosc
The fact that he used his hand to get control of the ball. Deliberate or not, it helped him score that goal....
King Luis

Did you really just read all that?
If the ref see's it its disallowed, simple.
chokosc
Page 115. Doesn't say anything about what happens if it wasn't deliberate. Still, you see a lot of referees giving a free kick, when way or another because the player handled the ball, either helping himself to a scoring opportunity or stopping a scoring opportunity.

Yes it does.
Because if it is not deliberate then it's not an offence.
It's such a simple law it baffles me people have such problems with it.
The only way it's not a goal is if he's handled it deliberately, watching the replays where he can be seen moving his hand to the ball I'm struggling to see how you can argue it's not deliberate, mind.
