It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

I downloaded the 20 parts, installed part 1 that i ok!
now i want to extract part 2, do i have to do somethiing with part 1?

Not sure where SI come into it, to be honest.
If you extract part 1 correctly, it should have extracted the other packs with it and you should have the full complement extracted. How many images in total do you have in your MP folder?

When you extracted part 1, the program automatically detected parts 2 till 19 and extracted them as well. In fact, you have 192.690 player faces, which is the amount of the whole 10.0 megapack.
All you have to do now is download the 10.01 UPDATE PACK using the link shown in the 2nd attachment in my previous post.

b) What was the size of the file that you downloaded? Did you use Winrar (or a similar program) to extract it?
c) Can you give me a screenshot of what a random player looks like in-game (i.e. one who should have a MP image)?

a) 13,255 in faces and 397 in iconfaces
b) It was the 9GB one (9.07 i think) and I used The Unarchiver for extraction.
c) I can if needed but there is no change, just the standard black silhoettes

This file has over 192,000 faces and icons, so it must not have extracted correctly.
Can you download the 10.01 pack again and make sure it downloads fully? I also suggest using Winrar to extract it as that's the problem it was created with.

And here is the drama ! (we're talking about 10.01)! when I click on download, it does not offer the possibility to download via torrent! so, while I have a great internet speed, I have almost 2 days download!
Is it acceptable for you to ask people to pay for easier access to files?
I hope I have been clear and that the translator will have transcribed my words.
I do not hide my disappointment and I wonder if in the end I would not have had faster file without paying.

If you want to download the megapack via torrent, you can do so by downloading the base 10.0 pack. You can then download 10.01 and any subsequent update packs separately, i.e. not via torrent. The reason that torrent files are only released for the base packs is that it is too time-consuming and resource-heavy to create the torrent every time a pack is released, plus it is unlikely there will be enough seeds for each update pack.
While we thank you for purchasing premium membership, I respectfully don't think it is unacceptable "to ask people to pay for easier access to files", no. Keep in mind that it costs actual money to run the site, pay for server costs and bandwidth; also due to the fact that any file hosted on this site for premium members (including this megapack) is available for download for free to those users who do not wish to purchase premium membership. I, for one, would not want to have a file available only to those who may; all our community does this work for free, to share it with the community for free.
