Any tips/tricks how to set-up training for lower league clubs?
I think the physical part is the most important ofcourse, but are there overpowered abilities to train?

Not really anything overpowered, but in my LLM experience, I've always found fitness is tough to manage so a focus there might benefit you. The quality of the coaches often limits what you can do, regardless
