The source is too small to provide an improvement.

@Jerry Balderas, this image is over 3 years old now, so it's not an improvement on the existing cut-out, which is still more recent.

When looking for sources, you have to keep both quality and date taken into consideration. This thread may help you find a better source 👍

Is the source from top good or do I look for another one?

It's fine. Now it's just a question of being patient and wait for it to be cut. Alternatively, you can use the methods outlined in this earlier reply to you to try and cut it yourself.

Oh okay I was just making sure cause I'm still pretty bad at choosing sources to make good cuts😅

It's not that hard and the best way to learn is to start trying to cut them. As a rule of thumb of, the bigger, sharper and clearer the area of the face within the source provided, the better the eventual cut is likely to be.

@Jerry Balderas, great work :clapping_hands:

You've clearly seen the rule that there should be only 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, so kudos for that. Another thing to keep in mind for the future is that all cuts should include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

The below is a small video showing an easy method to nudge collars upwards so that this can be rectified:
