Me too. Feels like I'm being raped every time too the robbing bastards

Yeah - I put £20 in my tank earlier and must have used around £15 driving from Brighton to Luton. Spend so much money on it.

Anything to do with driving is a rip off. If it wasn't due to needing a car for work i'd sack it off

Depending on car size, it takes most people in the UK about 55-90£ to fill their tank if its pretty low.

If I recall correctly Perth is a pretty spread out place, like my mates live close to the airport but they're about 30 minutes away (they consider that close). Do you drive a 4x4 or ute??

When I was there for work I had to drive from Belmont to Cockburn Central in a Ford Territory. Had to fill it up quite a bit usually about 80 dollars worth but was all on the companies fuel card. The distance was quite a bit but as I only had to drive down 2 highways, (Kwinana and the Great Eastern I believe it was) it took only half an hour.

Back at home I have a 3.5 litre Aurion and it costs me about $70 to fill up using 98 and that's when it's at about a quarter, I never usually let it go lower then that.

Bus fare for like $6.70 to go to the doctors.

The cost for the bus has gone up and up in Brisbane in recent years. What's it like back in Ireland and the UK?? I know in and around London the trains and underground can be pretty expensive.

It's a £3 return for the buses in Brighton.
