It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.

To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

If you have problems with the individual download links for the cutout megapack, why not download it via torrent? To find the download link for the torrent, scroll to the bottom of this page until you come to the torrent tabs and download the 10.0 version. To be fully up-to-date, you would still have to download any subsequent update packs separately.
I completely do not understand your last post either. Do you want an FM18 skin for FM17? I don't think it exists.

Was wondering why certain player cut outs I downloaded aren't able to be applied in game. Literally every cut out is loaded bar the players that only feature in fm18 and none previously. I've cleared the cache and loaded the new skin countless times with slight changes but none of the mentioned ones are added.

I'm not sure what the problem is. Can you be a bit more specific and mention a player's UID which isn't working for you?
Also, are you placing the new cut in the megapack folder? Are you modifying the config file so that the game can read the cut?

The issues I've noticed have been with Swansea and Ajax youth players. Such as Victor Jensen (27135741) and Jordan Garrick (28109988).
I was placing the new cut in the Megapack folder and haven't modified the config file, I'll try doing so, thank you!

Good spot, it's the wrong image.
It looks like that UID was used for Niels Tulleneers up till FM16 and that the OH Leuven researcher, instead of creating a new player like he was supposed to, just changed the details of the guy.

Ive used this megapack for years, never having any problem before, but not having any luck at the moment. I had it up and running before christmas but I uninstalled fm18 and here we are. The megapacks i have for kits and logos are all working fine its just the facepack that seems to be affected. Ive dowloaded the complete pack which didnt work, then i tried adding all the update packs since 10.0 which didnt either. Then I tried replacing the config file with the one uploaded earlier in this forum since you mentioned the rar extractor on mac potentially affecting the config file but that didnt help either. I tried the complete pack one more time before giving up. Everytime i cleared the cache, unticked "Use caching to decrease page loading times" and ticked "Reload skin when confirming changes in Preferences" before reloading skin.
Sorry for the overwhelming information, i just wanted to show ive tried to cover all my bases here, Its a great megapack and i'd appreciate any help you could offer.

Can you download and apply the latest update pack maybe that solves it for you? Tbf, it looks like you have everything in order, but I'm sure there'll be something somewhere stopping the game finding the images.

Also does version 10 compatible with FM17? I don't have FM18 yet.

One of the licensing issues solved by that file is the fact that players and staff members in the French national team are not displayed by default. In your screenshot, Wenger is French national team manager. If you download and apply that file correctly, your issue should be solved

For the time being, just keep it in mind so that you can submit the request for cutting when your requests are cut. There's a couple of them I have my eye on for the weekend when I have a bit of time
