Why oh why aren't my achievements showing up

I've been playing over a 1000 hours of FM and have 30+ achievements, 3 of which I completed less than a hour ago.

So why is it that none of them are showing up on my account here. They're not even on the lastest achievements list either. Has anyone else had this problem in the past and is there a way to sort it out?

Remove and update your steam profile in "Account Settings" and then reset imports in Achievements.
Should give you an updated import of your Achievements for all games.
