I don't think it's Abramovich. The cut was added in March 2011, so it may not have been around back then. A UID that small means somebody who was added pretty early in one of the first version of Championship Manager. Going by the UIDs near him, he will have been at Milan in the 90's as UID 60 is former GK Sebastiano Rossi, UID 61 is an Italian guy who looks familiar but who I can't place and UID 64 is former Milan defender Filippo Galli. UIDs nearby include Baresi, Costacurta, Simone, Albertini and Tassotti...

That makes sense. When I made a cut for Raúl, noticed that varioud ex Real players such Hierro, Roberto Carlos... have similar uids than him. It would be weird that a russian billionaire share similar uids than Milán legends. Maybe I should have my eyes checked.

The edges around the hair on some of these may need refined by someone who is more capable in PS than I am. I had to work these free-hand as I'm not sure what other techniques will work in CS3.
