You say that but Remy has score 1 goal in Ligue 1 this year with 2 starts, and M'vila seems to be on a downward spiral at the moment. Don't get me wrong, they could potentially rediscover their form and come good, but I wouldn't count on them just yet.

Because a few people want them down, everyone just joins in.

Yeah its dumb, like people wanting to see Wigan relegated because they don't sell out every week.

Bit of a difference between Bosingwa and Dyer on 60k+ and Remy tbh

Exactly.

Saying that, it's faintly incredible Redknapp said he had a team not worth the vast amount of money, and then he spends even more money than any single player currently on his books. It's amazing, and a faintly ridiculous gamble, not least considering he's still lumbered with a defence that reeks of incompetence and doesn't look that bothered in bolstering it.
Also a surprise that Remy and Yann M'Villa were allegedly Arsenal and Spurs targets a while back, and are now set to join that mess.

Horribly run club that thought they could buy a load of mercenaries and survive in the league.
jumberto
Surely it doesn't matter if they're good or not if that's Redknapp's view.
Remy's a decent player, but he's nothing special, lets be honest. Bosingwa isn't below average either, he's got questionable attitude and he's not been great for QPR but he gets far more shit than he deserves, he's alright.

Firstly, I don't agree with the way Chelsea and City operate but then again, I'm just a bitter Arsenal fan. Secondly, there's no threat of either of those clubs going under - yes, they may post huge losses, but as they're guaranteed Champions League money and other large revenue streams it's not particularly risk. QPR are adopting an approach that could well be disastrous if they are relegated, of which there is a high possibility. It's reckless spending that could cause them huge problems in the long term.

I agree with all of it, but the start of the season was meant to be the beginning of something great for them, sadly Fernandez didn't realise just how shit Hughes is in the transfer market and the rest is history. The exact same thing 'could' have happened to CIty as well, but they signed players of quality (like Remy and possibly M'Vila) and put a TEAM together that wanted just one thing, to win. QPR don't have that at the moment, but they will get that mentality under Redknapp and i do believe they will stay up. It is indeed a massive gamble spending even more money and as we all know its one that could horrendously back like Portsmouth who you've already mentioned. We're not gonna know until the end of the season and if it does go wrong we can all laugh at them then, but i think that the gamble indeed pay off this time.

I just think it's a case of QPR under Fernandes trying to run before they can walk. It's a massive risk to pay wages that aren't far off the likes of Arsenal or Liverpool when they're far from established in the Premier League. I understand that with their financial clout they're more inclined to be more extravagant than the likes of Reading, but I feel they've overdone it and the threat of relegation is now a really frightening prospect given their outlay.

Surely 'inventing a foul' qualifies as cheating?

No. Where he commented on United once again and the FA being corrupt. I was watching the Twitter feed when the comments and video link went past on Annie Eaves' Twitter feed.
