change the string in the picture URL from 'fit=1000x750' to 'fit=1000x1429' and it will be big enough to resize down to 250px

These were only just cut a couple of weeks ago and are in the megapack update, a few seconds search using the team ID on the request page would have saved you the time of doing them again.
