It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.
Secondly, for files as large as this, the calculation of the extraction time will be wildly incorrect at the start. After a while, it'll show a more realistic timeframe, which shouldn't be more than an hour or two if you have a good setup and few programs running at the same time.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.
Try using Google Chrome in incognito mode (or the equivalent mode for other browsers) and you should be able to resume the download from the point it was interrupted, if that happens.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Yassine Meriah was not in the FM18 default database but was added in an editor data file, and so could not be part of the megapack. His FM19 profile sees his cutout face included.

Is there a page where I can download facepacks for leagues only rather than megapacks which are huge in size!

As somebody said elsewhere, the SI cuts are generally inferior than ours' due to a lack of hair details and attention to detail. Besides, a lot of German clubs have had HQ packs added recently to the megapack, so most of the Bundesliga clubs have recent HQ cuts in our MP.

It's already hard enough keeping on top of things as they stand, let alone if we had to sort out individual packs by team or division or nation, and that's without taking into consideration the work involved in moving people from one pack to another due to transfers or staff movements etc. It's not something which can be automated as far as I can tell, and doing it manually is just not practical.
If you want to download the full megapack, you can also do so via torrent instead of via split files
Are you sure you've deleted the pack completely or that the cuts you're seeing aren't part of the SI cuts?

What about when Premier League teams buy players from abroad in your save or get in a foreign manager not in the "PL-only cuts pack"?

If you download them individually they won't have config files or at least won't be added to an existing config. You'd have to add them yourself.

Yes, there is - have a look at the opening post to see where you can get it from. If you get that error with Chrome when downloading the full file, you should be able to resume the download instead of having to start it again from scratch.

I must say, thats the easyest Way is only the newest download of the Megapack. But sorry, it is not realy the Best to Update FM 2010,2011, 2012 ect. .you must see soo the newest Pack 11 have 10,3GB, and the Pack 4 have 4,13GB Data to Upload the Manager, i`ts not realy the same, and.......

Then why not download the 6.0 complete pack? It's the 5.0 complete pack plus all the subsequent update packs from 5.01 onwards till the release of 6.0
